Clipper Jones ("the Service") is an internal publishing tool operated by its owner to create and publish short-form video clips from live streams on the owner's own social media accounts (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram).
The Service is used solely by its operator. It does not offer accounts to the public, does not act on behalf of third parties, and does not collect content from other users. Any content published through the Service is published by and under the responsibility of the operator.
Clips are created only from streams whose creators have granted permission (for example through a clipping campaign or written consent). Creators can request removal of any clip by contacting the operator; requests are honoured promptly.
Publishing uses the official APIs of YouTube, TikTok and Instagram and is subject to their respective terms. Use of the YouTube API is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service.
The Service is provided as is, without warranty. The operator is responsible for the content it publishes.
